Fall is here, and the leaves are already starting to fall!

If you have a listing coming up, now is a good time to think about getting those photos scheduled. The pretty fall colors don’t stick around for long, and once the trees are bare, they’re gone until next year.

I always love photographing homes during this time of year. A little color in the trees can really add warmth to exterior photos and make a property feel inviting. That said, don’t wait until the last minute. Between changing weather, falling leaves, and shorter days, finding that perfect window can get tricky.

Realtors, if you have a listing coming up that you want photographed while the fall colors are still around, let’s get it on the calendar!

And if your listing is already live, it might be worth taking a look at your current photos. If they could use a little refresh, fall can be a great time to update them, especially exterior photos or interior photos that capture those beautiful fall views from the windows.
